I. Introduction to merryking’s Argentina Trade Show Journey
In early July, the Merryking team embarked on a remarkable journey to Argentina, a land full of charm and opportunity. Despite being nearly 20,000 kilometers away from China, Argentina has become a significant market for us. This time, we participated in the Electronics Home Argentina trade show for the first time, held from July 10th to 12th. This three-day event was of great significance to us, as it allowed us to showcase our high-quality products and strengthen our market presence.
II. A Long-Standing History of Cooperation
Our connection with Argentina dates back to 2012, when we began collaborating with Argentine clients. Over the years, our products have been well-received in the local market, especially our power adapters. Most of our products have obtained the voluntary S-mark certification in Argentina, covering a wide range of specifications such as power adapter 12v 2a, 20w power adapter, USB power adapter, 20w USB-c power adapter, interchangeable power adapter, power adapter 5v 12a, 24v power adapter, foot massager power adapter, 48w power adapter for LED display CCTV camera, and travel power adapters, among others.
To assist our Argentine customers in importing our products, we provide comprehensive documentation support, including CB certificates and reports with the IRAM 2063/2073 plug tests specific to Argentina, as well as relevant CIG 023 factory audit reports. Armed with these documents, customers can quickly collaborate with certification bodies such as UL, TUV, and IRAM to smoothly obtain their own certificates.
III. Highlights from the Trade Show
At the Electronics Home Argentina trade show, we carefully prepared products that meet the local plug standards of Argentina. Our showcase included the 12v 1a power adapter, AC power adapter, Type C power adapter, laptop power adapter, 12v 5a power adapter, 12v 10a power adapter, universal power adapter, 5v power adapter, 9v 2a power adapter, power adapter 12v 5a, interchangeable plug power adapter, and AC DC adapter power adapter. These products attracted the attention of many customers.
To ensure the smooth progress of the trade show, we invited many existing and potential customers in advance. Over 20 existing and potential customers visited our booth, making the scene extremely bustling. Our professional Spanish translator remarked that this was the most visited booth she had ever served. Through face-to-face communication, we deeply felt the enthusiasm of the Argentine people. They showed great interest in our products, especially in our ability to understand the Argentine market and assist them in obtaining the S-mark certification. This is precisely the reason why many local customers have previously struggled to find suitable Chinese suppliers. Through this trade show, we gained many potential customers and further consolidated our cooperative relationships with existing customers.
IV. Experiencing the Customer Sites
In addition to the trade show, we also visited the offices and factories of some customers. They warmly showed us around their products and production workshops. Some customers focus on new energy-related products, some are traders, and others produce their own electronic devices. Seeing our products perfectly matched with theirs, we felt gratified. This is the charm of foreign trade—products made in a country thousands of miles away, after going through various complex processes, finally enter the market of another country and bring convenience to local consumers.
V. An Unforgettable Trip to Argentina
Amidst the busy trade show and business activities, we also took some time to appreciate the beautiful scenery of Argentina. The natural landscapes and cultural attractions of this country left a deep impression on us. We have collected many wonderful memories in our hearts. In 2025, we will set foot on this land again to embark on a new journey. We look forward to achieving fruitful results on this trip and also to the next journey to Argentina!
